All products sold by Thaitsuki Nihonto are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects (workmanship and materials) for a period of 30 days from date of the customer's original purchase date (we extend this guarantee to the original invoiced customer only). This guarantee also applies only when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not apply to damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, and normal and/or excessive wear and tear. Guaranteed items will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the Thaitsuki Nihonto Forge.

     Any sword needing repair or replacement under the Thaitsuki Nihonto guarantee will be handled through the original company in which the sword was purchased through and must be received with the original purchase receipt.


     All returns must be made with in 30 days of the original purchase date and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be obtained through Thaitsuki Nihonto. Returns must be received complete in original packaging and in their original condition. Items showing signs of use, misuse or damage will not be accepted for return. Custom order products can only be returned with a manager's approval only. Accepted returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RA# clearly displayed on the exterior of the package. All returns must be received with in 15 days from the date the RA# is issued.

Upon acceptance of your return the customer will receive a store credit or refund of full purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will be made by company check or through the original purchase method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for the processing of your return.


     All orders are generally processed with in the same day. Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 7% service charge for credit card or Paypal payments and 5% service charge for checks or bank wire transfers. Orders canceled after the order has shipped will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be referred to the normal return policy proceed stated above.


     Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned for replacement of same the same item only if they fall under the original 30 day guarantee. Miss-shipped merchandise will be replaced by the original ordered item. A return label will be provided upon request for any damaged, defective or miss-shipped merchandise.

     Thaitsuki Nihonto does their best to inspect each product before shipping them to their clients and takes the greatest care in packaging them for shipping. Please note that some products may become loose because of specific construction and are no-returnable as they can be tightened. Slight paint chips or blemishes are not part of the guarantee but are still part of the initial inspection before shipment to the customer. If the product can not be tightened they may be returned as defective merchandise under the original 30 day guarantee.

     All orders are insured for their full purchase price with their currier. If the merchandise is damaged in transit we will file a claim with the currier on your behalf. You may be required to provide certain information or show evidence that the order was damaged during transit with the currier service. Please keep all packaging material and boxes to show as evidence for the currier service. All insurance claims will be handled and paid by the currier service. If currier service pays claim we will issue you a store credit or replace your order.

     Little Star Enterprises, Inc and the Thaitsuki Nihonto Forge at their sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse any and all returns or exchanges.


     There are absolutely NO sales to minors, buyer must be 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, the buyer states that he/she is of legal age and is purchasing item(s) that are in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Buyer also states that he/she are using the items in a lawful manner. Thaitsuki Nihonto Forge and Little Star Enterprises, Inc assume no liability associated with product usage or misusage. The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use and/or misuse of these products. Use and misuse of Martial Arts weapons may involve serious risks, including injury, disability, and possibly death. Weapons are sold only for training under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms, collection and/or display. Inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. Do not use weapons for sparring or contact.
